Only problem I have with MasterYi is having no cost on his E.

It should have a cost - a health or mana cost. Having it deal true damage, it should have some type of cost other than a simple cooldown.

He is broken if he is fed but useless if underfed. Overall he is weak atm. I mean if he was genuinely strong now he would have been pick or ban lcs when botrk was at its strongest this year. He feels a lot weaker now.

Since I started permabanning yi my LoL games improved by a lot. That champion is too tiresome to play against and too strong for soloq despite what the boards says. His clear is insane, the fact he has a mini zhonya in his kit and huge speed. Not only that he's ridiculous strong but that's also his downfall, a lot of yi players are restless and go feeding. So it's just a coin flip you get the good it or not, you play vs the good yi or not. So I always ban him. Would consider Thresh and Veigar, 2 broken champs, but hey, yi is way more annoying

Yisus becomes broken when three factors are achieved:

He doesnt give up FB He powerfarms for Bloodrazor, preferably before 10m He gets at least one successful gank

You missed the most important factors:

His enemies are brain dead His enemies have no CC

I missed another factor, make sure one of your allies has something beyond a Slow for CC

Once Yi is post 6, your Dr Mundo isnt going to help you catch him anymore

Idk man, Yi seems weaker now in this meta. A lot of champs one shot him, i'm a 1 trick yi to. I hope riot buffs some of his items or buffs him.
