Vi - Utterly absurd damage + lockdown, you're straight up dead inside of her ultimate knock up duration which has a stupid range. **Jarvan **- Ya 2% off his passive isnt going to do anything, really fun getting instantly killed by him while he leaps at you from across the lane and then you cant escape because of his ult. Nidalee - QRQ, literally instant kill 2 shot, fun????? Zed - top ban, no counterplay cause damage is too high, no nerfs Katarina - Way too much damage without even ulting.

Special mention - Lethality items, especially Duskblade, wtf Riot why the hell did you buff these items in pre season while removing armor? These items are overwhelmingly contributing to instant kill level damage.

Special mention Static Shiv - WTF? Do ADC's really need an extra 300 + magic damage burst????????????

With all the champions you mentioned, they really only do a lot of damage when they are fed. If you aren't fed, they are more useless.

The problem Riot makes when they nerf a champion is that they just nerf the champion and do nothing else, and in many cases, causes the champion to drop to the lowest win rate and never be played.

Ryze, for example was a strong pick and had a good winrate, I believe around 51% when I checked. But after a couple nerfs, he is the lowest win rate champion for mid. Then they leave it alone until people start complaining.

I mean, i just played against jarvan. He was chunking people from level 2, and at the end quite literally one shot people on my team. Now, normally, its fine if a champ does that, as they normally are squishy. Jarvan defies that logic due to his inbuild tankiness.

Jarvan was building full AD and had Electrocute, he's obviously going to have some burst early game and one-shot late game. I agree, Duskblade should get a tweak where it doesn't make you disappear.

The problem wasn't that he was doing damage.

Its that he did damage and could survive long enough that he could nearly kill a 2nd person, if not a 3rd

Jarvan has always been meta, as long as he has existed. That will never change. Zed is fakers lovechild. Upset the faker fans, and no more weaboo dollars. He needs a change to his shadow, and that requires mini-rework.

Statik Shiv should be changed to give a timed buff, rather than a permanent one.

Increase charge rate from auto attacks, but when you are at 100%, your statik buff lasts 5 seconds instead of 3000 years.

Haven't seen VI at all this season, don't think she's particularly strong.

Damage J4 is really bad late game, explodes in team fights before he can even ulti.

Zed is pretty decent atm, but with the easily accessible Stopwatch you can usually stop his snowball. Way more options against him than before.

Kat I believe she isn't strong herself it's her gameplay with Triumph being super good atm, the healing makes it really hard to pop her if she starts to chain kill.

Static shiv? 300 extra damage? Really?[slayer-jinx-unamused]

Katarina- no, she's not the problem, the runes are. While she does do a lot of damage the source of most of it would honestly be Electrocute, Sudden Impact, adaptive damage and Gunblade. Her base abilities aren't an issue. In other words they should be nerfing Electrocute+Gunblade and that will be a big enough indirect nerf to Kat.

Why are there so many ADCs/Marksmen? Because marksmen are currently out of control. It takes anyone with a brain to realise that the position is far too forgiving, efficient and impactful compared to the others.

I do agree with the lethality items comment though it made no sense as to why they buffed them ever so slightly and why Duskblade just hasn't been hard nerfed yet.
