Yeah I'm just making it up, and so are LC$ players that hate these guys too, right? This game was never balanced, but now the gap between "Balanced" and actually balanced is so huge there's just no way to even try to compete.

If you draft an Ashe, Vayne, and Cait, and no tanks, while they have an Akali and Zed, you're royally fucked. There's just no coming back from that.
But as long as you actually pick a tank, and a mage, and an ADC, and a real support, and nobody's a troll, the game wasn't decided in select.

Fondling Gems4 votesSilly Ono, that doesn't apply to everyone. The only way you have that good of a chance of telling which side will win is if you give up and put your team at that big of a disadvantage.
Pika Fox1 votesNot really. If you balance your team properly, youll build a clear path to victory with a general comp; a poke focused comp being great at siegeing but bad at teamfighting. So usually youll have champs that enforce the poking to win through attrition and a failsafe champ with mass disengage such as janna if everything goes tits up.
And even if your comp is bad at teamfights and the enemy comp is great at them and great at starting them, if you have someone on your team that can lock a target down long enough to finangle a pick off the enemy team, you can force an advantage from there.
To me, it sounds more like you just assume youll lose because the enemy team picked a playstyle that invalidates yours without understanding how to have a backup victory condition.
