Can Yi just like, not do so much damage?

It’s actually pretty absurd when you think about how fast he melts through you. I was playing a full tank Rammus with W up, which brought me up to 523 armor and a Yi straight up just melted me. I understand that Yi is supposed to damage and be a melee carry but the amount of damage he does to melt through high-durability targets is totally unreasonable. I actually didn’t have have a chance to fight back, I just died. I don’t really care about Yi in general, I still think he’s a bad champion overall. But his damage is just absurd and honestly if you toned it down so it didn’t melt tanks so easily, it probably wouldn’t even effect him that much. ~~~~

Big Armor/MR numbers dont mean anything

Armor and MR is useless at high numbers Armor and MR is OP at low numbers

Difference between 15 and 30 is massive Difference between 250 and 350 is low

Blame it on Riot for making the Graph so curvy

If you want to be tanky search for a champion which has dmg reduction (Aka every rework) Cho and Sion cheat the system with HP scalling if you want tanky exceptions else expect to get melted NOTE EVEN WITH THOSE TANKS YOU LL GET MELTED BUT ATLEAST YOU LL BE ABLE TO INHALE ONCE

Now yeah you are playing rammus an UP champion and you are up against Yi which is extremly snowbally I understand the frustration

Incorrect. Each point of resistance is identical in terms of power. Each point increases your EHP by 1% of your max HP.

The "diminishing returns" aren't actually diminishing. There are just typically better choices than building more raw armor. There is a point where building HP is more effective (as in you gain more EHP) than building more armor.

Nope, against a conqueror user, armour has diminishing returns.

I forgot that conqueror makes your entire damage be true damage instead of physical or magical

I don't fully consider Conqueror as part of the game mechanics personally. Almost nothing, especially runes/masteries is permanent in LoL. It is not a core mechanic and does not change my statement.

Although yes, you are correct that it has diminishing returns against Conqueror.

He has nothing else to offer a team but his damage which is kind of his problem.

Problem with pretty much every hyper carry, as a matter of fact

Your favorite champion class is a massive problem to They are all anti melee lane cancers (Typically brain off autopilot on top of that) yet 99% of ranged champions do their job better rendering them nicheless while they cant be counterplayed by walking backwards and are actual threats (Vladimir, Quinn, Jayce, Neeko, Gnar ETC)

Juggernauts are a failure of League

But Riot design philosophy when buffing them is LETS UP DARIUS DMG BY 30-40 THAT LL FIX HIM... the champ literaly dies before his second spin if he tries anything which isnt 1vs1

I wouldnt call them brain off or autopilot, most new juggernaut + Olaf take some skill to play, except maybe Yorick after the buff.

Otherwise I agree, riot has done a poor job designing them

Still my favorite to play though tbh

It's not like he has anything else going for him. I also have a hard time feeling sorry for Rammus, who is generally complete aids to auto-attack champs.

I dunno, can he like, have some CC?
