Instead of giving 5 ap to Veigar for assists
How about we just revert him and keep his Q as a skillshot?

Post-dfg pre-rework Veigar was fine. It's incredibly funny that nobody complained about it and people started calling him unhealthy after he was 'compensated'
Crowgun1 votesHonestly the AP for assists is a really good facet on him. The whole concept behind him is a power hungry mage and stacking that AP fulfills that fantasy. Also, the stacks from assists reward you for not being greedy, one stun in a teamfight and boom, power spike

Like how EVERY scaling ability based on kills granted bonuses on assists as well?
