Why buff Bloodthirster?

Because he wants more exploding power with Draven from the sounds of it.

Draven needs nerfed, his numbers are ridiculous.

Lol the Miss Fortune fanboy.

Has nothing to do with it, Draven is simply overtuned in numbers and suffers somewhat badly from the "feast or famine" problem.

Edit: Also I'm not one of the people asking for MF buffs, I'm fairly convinced she's pretty balanced right now, with the only reasonable change would be her passive ignores minion damage for the purpose of being disabled, and only past level 9 or 11.

I looked at your board history and I would say that you are looking for her buffs.

Why buff Bloodthirster?

Basically, draven is really well tuned and only lacks for a few qol buffs. You cant really buff him, but if the item he uses better than anyoneee elsssseeee gets buffed, who knows?

BT is more likely to be nerfed then buffed with the new armor changes.

I know it looks like this. But Im not sure I agree it is going to be or really SHOULD be this way. Of course, I can admit I dont always know what is and isnt a good idea balance wise. I can back up my reasons this time however.

I'd challenge the idea that bruisers are getting a a nerf with these changes. Some of the items are very strong and the 60 movespeed on deadmans armor is hella strong buff. Yes old annoying randuins is getting a shift in power but try and realize that it is a shift more than it is a nerf.

Also, remember that buff mages got a buff with their item changes and isnt mr getting some changes here soon? I dont know if its a buff or a nerf. But defensive items as a whole are beiing changed not just armor. Can you tell me if you think this was a buff or nerf to mr. I dont remember what I thought.

There are so many changes going on right now, it's hard to keep up.

this is what i had in mind: 2% lifesteal quints limited up to 2 quints only ands would involve tweaking wrath elixir a bit. more on this here: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/i4xybTuI-lifesteal-adjustments-slightly-less-from-wrath-elixir-and-more-accessible-elsewhere

bloodthirster is costly but worth the money.

Another idea for lifesteal in general Lifestealing ignores up to 15% armor depending on the target's armor. Ignores 0% when target has 50 armor and increases by 0.5% per 5 additional armor cap at 15%. This would stack with penetration. Since its as if you had 15% pen when you heal. no need to nerf armor items, imo.

similar to the new wota but a lot less significant.

The armor pen on lifesteal is interesting. That stuff about quiints is not appealing to me.

care to be specific as to why its not as appealing. After all the current lifesteal quints are hardly used anymore.
