Anyone else feel like cloud drake buff is weaker than the buff of his brothers ?

Would 5%/10%/15% bonus move speed really be that problematic ? Screw OOC move speed.

Poke = Ocean Dive/Disengage = Cloud Ap/Ad stack = Infernal Objectives = Mountain
