As riot stated have double steroid of the same tipe feel unsatisfactory so i feel they should change or olaf passive or his w i'd say change his passive into samething that the less health he have the more movement speed he wil have And About voli he need same buffs at least late game because he build full tank and is still utterly squishy

just a couple of times when he was in free rotation and I did pretty well, but I understand why he's not considered a competitive pick.
Instead, I like a lot 
as character, but I don't play him because playing him is agonizing. He can't initiate a teamfight decently with his Q, like 
, and even if you build full tank, I'll explode istantly because of 
, so I don't see any reason to play him, unfortunately, until Riot fix tanks' items.
