Let's be honest, there are so many %health interactions in this game that this can only benefit and help people with their abilities.

A Darius can see what % he manages to heal for.

A Jhin can see the enemies remaining health to determine if his execute is good enough.

An Irelia can see if she will stun with her E or not.

And many more.

Aside from the irelia one, these calculations are way too complicated to do in a split second.

but hey, getting more options is fine for me
