And why? the autos themselves aren't special. the speed is supposedly great for letting you try to proc your passive a lot but the reality is that the self slow is too strong to do shit.

It's one thing to have synergy in a kit (the flip allowing you to get some other passive procs) but an ability shouldnt be near useless on its own.
