Azir NEEDS nerfs. Plain and simple. Whether it be an increase in mana costs across the board, increased cooldowns or reduction in burst/DPS, something needs to be done. He's crowding up picks in the midlane. I can't help but feel pity for the team going against Azir and getting poked down from 1200 range without being able to retaliate.
