Galio Q just does too much dammage for what it costs him

Personaly I feel Galio needs to have to make better decisions on how he uses his Q. As it is it provides him with too much in terms of both wave clear and trading. Galio in lane is overly safe because not many top laners can out trade him and if they can he can sit back and wave clear because the mana cost is not all that high and the CD is not all that long.
