Can we get an Evelyn rework?

Evelyn isn't exactly broken but incredibly gimmicky champion and INSANELY toxic gameplay, I mean a permanent invisibility passive? Doesn't that sound a little broken to you? I'm not saying Evelyn's broken overall, but my god is she not fun to play against, she's incredibly hard to catch, she can just appear on you without you even knowing, and just UGH, she's so frustrating. I personally think she needs a rework on Sion's level, because as long as she has her passive, Riot will always keep her incredibly nerfed, because of how insanely powerful it is. She's an incredibly toxic champion to play against, even more then kalista i'd argue, and just a terrible design overall.

I hope for Evelynn rework because of different reasons:

Her ultimate isn't even close to what assassins should have
She is forced to build tank
Lacks heavy nuke
Doesnt have true stealth.

If she builds damage, she is incredibly squishy, which allows you to simply turn on her and kill her if she tries anything. Also makes her really hard to use in late-game teamfights against enemies who group up and have good positioning.

If she builds tank, she doesn't really provide very much for the team (not tanky enough to be a tank, not really enough damage to be an assassin, no CC to be useful.)

Annoying to play against? Yes. But you can outsmart her and outplay her. Your game isn't decided in champion select based on which champions you have, unlike with Kalista.

I didn't say anything about her being good, All i stated is her kit is incredibly toxic to play against.
