Jhin and Attack Speed

So it might be too early to ask for questions prior to Q and A but I have concerns on how things would interact with Jhin's Passive. Basically, is his Passive have a conversion rate of % to flat amount of WArAD? Or is it % to %? If so how would it work on these items?

Guinsoo's Rageblade - Stacking Attack Speed, Ability Power and Attack Damage.

Maw of Malmortius - Grants a permanent Attack Speed as long as he is in combat once Lifeline triggers.

Youmoo's Ghostblade - I'd assume it would give Bonus Movement Speed and Attack Damage instead once activated?

Frozen Heart / Randuin's Omen / Warden's Mail - So this reduces Jhin's damage instead?

and not an item but more of the ability of Nasus, Wither - seems like a huge slap on Jhin's face once he's tagged with it.

That's a good question. How does bonus AS translate into AD. I would have though % to % if it was trying to increase your DPS in the same was AS usually works. except converting AS to AD isn't going to just affect your auto attacks. presumably, it will also affect his abilities as well.

One thing's for sure though, if his actual AS is fixed. We probably won't be looking at any on hit builds. He won't be able to make effective use of BotRK, so his ability to shred tanks is greatly reduced.

attack speed is a damage multiplier for any ad carry.

instead of attacking more often, his attacks would just hit harder and he deals more for individual shots. overall attack speed slows will have a similar effect on his dps as they would on any other marksman.

in case of any of your questions, the answer will be the same.

attack speed increases or decreases would affect his ad values. meaning be it % or flat damage increase/decrease, stacks on rageblade would increase ad instead of giving him attack speed. activating ghostbalde would give him movement speed, and increased ad. etc.
