is ekko balanced?

No champion is ever balanced, ever, but a few champions are pretty dam close. Ekko's fine where he is compared to a number of other champions.

Some champions are supposed to have lackluster laning.

U know those videos of people using their ult on 5 full health people and then you see "PENTAKILL"

Hes a late game champ, therefore he does bad in lane and gets strong if played right in lane.

Not ideal for this meta but hes not too bad right now.

He's not balanced, but he's not far off either. Pretty good state at the moment I'd say.

try ad tank jungle ekko with devourer

i know it sounds stupid but it's strong as hell

he is a little UP right now. you shouldn't use him mid, he can only top and jungle.
