I don't think Lux was overpowered, infact, I considered her as underpowered, and I do not think this buff will make her overpowered. Just to clarify. (even if I don't agree with the specific buff they went with.)

Kilanost1 votesWhats her ban rate been at each elo? If she's getting banned significantly at higher elos and only low elo ppl who haven't played her much are playing her right now, that could explain it.
I know I personally will be banning the shit out of lux with the buffs.

Winrates goes up? It's making her even more annoying and easier to win with in a stupid way.
Winrate goes down? This buff was stupid and useless, plus it will keep her from getting other buffs because coupled with this might make her OP and we all know how Riot approach is with "reverting buffs".
Zankren1 votesLogically, this was a buff so her winrate should go up. I don't think there should be any big jump though. As with anytime they change a champ though, a bunch of people play her who haven't before/in a long time and so her winrate will actually drop in the short term but raise slightly in the long term, emphasis on slightly.
