Iceborne gauntlet is blatantly overpowered. It's getting ridiculous how many champions can get away with rushing this item first or second , usually in combination with sunfire.
The top lane is so lame now, the itemization is completely bonkers and overall incredibly unhealthy for balance in my opinion.

Not even, it needs to be hard nerfed. Melee's are its greatest abusers lately. Look no further than ekko and jax.
Iceborne is just another example of getting free damage for building tanky. Especially since that item already has amazing stats without the huge slow field.
