Anyone else hating AFK junglers?
Or is this a by-product of people filling jungle, since all of the jungle mains climbed to higher ranks than they should be? <_<

There are games where Ganking is not the best option, if the jungler is AFK Farming, at least take targets such as dragons or herald.
There are two types of AFK junglers. One is a guy who was autofilles to jungle and was too much of a bitch to even try it out, so he leaves, instantly making the other nine players feel like they wasted their time and LP even trying to cater to one’s whiny faults.
The other is a Yi or a Nasus player.

True. Just wanted to keep the punchline short.
Keep in mind, if your laner is completely dominating you, and you cant even get near him....Odds are he's going to be able to 1v2 you and your jungler, so its best for your jungler to simply ignore your lane UNTIL you getting dove under tower is imminent. Also a bad idea to try to 2v1 in this scenario because you run the risk of getting counter ganked and having it go even more horribly wrong.
Junglers performance depends greatly on TONS of external factors. How poor/well the laners are doing on both teams. How poor/well lane control and vision is being established on both teams. Champion synergy(Can we even pull a gank off?) And so much more. Having a jungler that "doesn't do anything" doesn't neccisarily mean hes a bad jungler. Sometimes there simply isn't anything they can do, so they farm, and wait for the opposing team to get overconfident and make mistakes that ultimately result in shutdown gold and then your team playing catchup.
Also if your team is composed of bad players in lanes, its going to make it look like the enemy jungler is a better player than your jungler for the sole fact that your team is free kills, and the opposing team is not.
I prefer not to get ganked... until the other jungler starts ganking. Then I want to see my jungler.
