Ratio where i get my main role dropped from 90% in s4-5 to around 50%. Premade teams ruining solo players experience. Never ending queues cause everyone dodges if they dont get their role (or not lock).
I can safe state that LoL is officially on downfall course.

Now they have said in a few weeks, they are releasing a soloq which only solo players que up for so no premades what so ever with a separate ELO.
People need to learn to read articles and announcements.
Also leagues not on a downfall it's on an up, more people watched and attended worlds than ever before and the various lcs's thy also got huge investors this year as the esport is now extremely large and competitive.
The reason your at the moment seeing higher wait times is as the ladders are fresh and people are still climbing / falling so the population is not yet distributed.
The not locking thing is because people don't read so therefore don't realise and therefore still wait. It's a new rew so deal with it it will settle down
