Suggestion for Baron Nashor

Riot wants to make it easier for teams to get Baron Nashor earlier and to make it possible for a team to still kill it even after a team fight that results in casualties on both sides with the remaining survivors at half health.

Here's my idea.

Reduce the Baron's AD, AP, MR, and Armor by 5% for every nearby champion (Including dead champions). This will make killing Baron much easier as soon as the laning phase ends and will make getting the buff much more competitive. Teams will want to engage in team fights to score some kills and use the bodies of their victims as meat shields against the baron!
