Conqueror hotfix is currently 3 adaptive force at level 1, instead of 2.

Conqueror hotfix says it gives 2 - 10 adaptive force, up to 10 - 50, but in live server it is 3 - 10, up to 15 - 50.

Was the error the coding or the writing ?
