Buff him, he's weak. 6 s to wait for invisibility is too long, and he doesn't deal enough damage compared to many other adcs. Too focused on trying to make his ult not ridiculously overpowered that in actual combat without his ultimate he's not good and with his ultimate he's still not as effective as say MF and her ultimate.

Meserion1 voteshes actually quite devastating if you build a lot of attack speed and ruuan's hurricane. rushing IE early is vital for damage but otherwise attack speed is just plain better in the long run.
Unlike many ADCs he has the ability to do borderline op damage to multiple targets and still have a powerful Q escape.
