I get it that Riot is not balancing this game at all by making fun champions for a cost of fun of others but this is just over the top.
Pyke is denying entire concept of LoL about farming and building items, cause who needs farm and items when you can deal 700 damage without both?
As support myself , everytime i play againts pyke i make sure he wont take a lead and honestly he is pretty useless if you know how to play againts him.
Just kill him lol, why even pick him over Thresh, Naut or Leo? Bcs he is fun mainly.
yea pyke used to be my perma ban before senna...now its senna for obvious reasons. But cmon now: an execute ult that resets on kill with an aoe effect, camouflage with bonus movement speed escape, a stun, crazy mobility what's not to love.
pyke is actually in a really shit spot and his ult won't execute for 700 unless his R is level 3 and he has 3 lethality items
A support should not be able to pose a threat to others on their own, right?
A support should not be able to stand up and walk on their own and defend themselves in a fight, is that it?
A support should just be present and willing to offer others their utility and services like the ass slaves the majority of the player base expects them to be?
The biggest issue with pyke is there is 0 incentive on poking him. Pyke mitigates every bit of risk against him against enchanters or other hook supports since he literally just needs to press e to escape every situation and then heal himself for 70% of the damage.
Option 1 - Save your flash for his telegraped ult. Option 2 - Buy some kind of stopwatch based item.
Both of these will fuck his ult over and render him useless in a team fight.
Pyke is very touchable but no body wants to try to interact with him because they are scared of their hook but hooks are really easy to counter you just have to have an ally ready to follow up on them and treat them like free engages. His ults base and ratio are busted tho for true
I thought they had learned their lesson when they removed Darius' ult reset until level 16, but no, apparently the dipshits who designed Pyke just forgot.
