When you buff someone like Mordekaiser ( don't know if I can call what you did a buff, but ok ), he doesn't need ANY COMPENSATORY nerfs. You nerfed both this base health regen and damage on Q and W for lower CD and "more" utility on his W. Naut PBE has his damage on shield decreased, even though he doesn't do nothing of damage, just because you buffed his E.
Joe Dredd2 votesnaut isn't weak though, and the buffs>nerfs
Nucleophilic atk2 votesRight? Poor Veigar got a buff to his E CD. So in compensation, they nerfed his Q, his W, his E, and his R. Such rito.

Veigar overall was ridiculously strong. They tried getting rid of DFG just to calm him down, but that didn't even work. Veigar's stun was instant and he was blowing carries up no problem. Now that they've made his Q a skill shot, and gave his E a cast time. Now he can't instantly burst down a carry without giving them a chance to do anything about it. Same power, just more skill applied. Fine with me.
Nucleophilic atk2 votesHe was so ridiculously strong that he was always picked and banned...oh wait.
ProfDrDeath1 votesHis E was so ridiculous that he gets picked as a support for that ability alone. Seriously, the rest of his kit is pretty much useless for a support (well, maybe his ult works ok if there is more than one squishy AP...but still).
Nucleophilic atk1 votesLol, most supports have a main "support" ability. Veigar's kit also included a poke in Q, zoning tool in W, and a nuke in R. He was a damage support. Annie's stun is 10x worse since there is far less counterplay to it (hence why she is picked and the only person I have ever seen go Vegiar support was the lcs dude in a match).
