I long for the day where a champions Ultimate throws a spear that executes enemies below 30% hp.

The enemy has a maximum of 1000hp (trying to make it easy with maths) The new champion throws the spear (the spears hitbox is very thin,kinda like Jhins W thin,because its very powerfull) If the enemy is below 30% hp (so 300,since his maximum hp is 1000) The spear executes him. After it executes the champion,the spear keeps on going for a certain distance,if it doesnt find any other enemies it just lands on the ground If it finds another enemy the spear will deal the damage it dealt before,in this case 300,and is still able to execute if the target is at 30%hp

Think of it as Kalistas Q but way stronger (since its an ultimate)

Listen to this, go to about 5:20 or so. Somehow along the way, this mentality went out the window. Now we have Urgot and Pyke ults.

I'm up for extra damage on low HP enemies as a reward for getting them to that level (see Veigar, Garen and Evelynn) but true executes, you can't build against, like the 2 ults above and your idea, in my view, should not be in the game.

Seems interesting, but too strong, and pretty similar to Urgot's R.

If it is used like that at all, it needs drawbacks. At the very least, it needs to not deal damage if it doesn't execute at least one person, and likely needs to not deal any damage at all besides its execute. And maybe add an effect if it hits the ground, such as some kind of bonus to whoever picks it up (via short channel).

If it lands on the ground you have to go pi- oh my god what if the ultimate doesnt have cooldown but "the spear of the gods" or wtvr lands somewhere on the map and you have to go pick it up, like if your spear doesnt execute someone, it respawns automatically, randomely. And when it does execute u have to pick up where it drops if it doesnt hit anything after the execution. YEEEE
