Loss forgiveness for AFK, Inting?

Recently I've been seeing a lot of people in ranked going AFK if things aren't going their way. There should be a way to help players who are actively participating when they have these situations. Maybe some sort of reduced LP loss for active participants and increased LP loss for AFK or something that actually effects them like banning them from Ranked for a period and then permanently if they're a repeat offender?

It will never happen. There's too many ways to abuse this.

people can already get perma banned so no idea why you think that throwing them elsewhere is going to do anything. Those people will just ruin normals, draft, ARAM and then comeback like nothing to ranked and do it all over again. Report them, send a support ticket requesting that they are looked into. That is what you can do so that they get banned faster.
