Anyone know how to counter phase rush Vlad or at least play against them? I keep getting them and they push me under tower every time then roam. I can't keep pace with the move speed, sustain, or damage. Around level 7 I just auto die under turret because of pool/aoe/ult combo and they get away with 100% life.
Nothing about Vlad is balanced, even without phase rush
Either ban him or hope you don't lane against him
People will say get grieves wounds but that doesn’t reduce damage so he will still one shot you
To counter him I guess you could try defensive items like abyssal or maw depending on who you play but there not much you can do against Vlad
But the best counter to vlad is banning him... or git gud
Vlad TBH needs nerfs but if you ever want to counter him I'd suggest kled cause if you hit your Q it goes through his pool and you can rush hexadrinker to reduce his mid game damage. Also if you land your E on vlad you can follow him if he ever trys to run with phase rush.

1, Early game shove him to tower, he'll have to use his abilities to farm (rather than harass) or else miss CS. 2. If he uses pool, try and punish him while it's on CD--it has a 28 second rank 1 CD, minus whatever CDR he'll build.

You have ONE game with a vlad in it that you went up against, you went even.
You actually went against a vlad in one game and he got absolutely smashed by your team.
