I think it's safe to say that Zed is pretty much balanced or even pretty weak right now with his 48% winrate.

zed don't give a shit about a measly 120 armor... you need 300+ to do anything, and even then he's counterbuilding you stacking armor pen, so what you really should do is like pray and wish riot didn't let you stack like 90% armor reduction and shred.
also if you could counterbuild assassins with adc items. the literal class they were made to shut down, don't you think that would have been a TAAAAAAAAAAAAD unbalanced in your favor?

You dont even know the meaning of 1shot. He got 3 aas on you, one empowered by Duskblade, 2x e, his q and electrolute. Youre an adc in this scenario and alone. Do you seriously expect that you, as an adc, can 1v1 a full build assassin? Maybe you could if you actually had tabis. Literally any assassin in this scenario could have melted you, whether its fizz, talon, rango or akali.
Lets not forget that you almost 2 shot him. Your 2 autos dealt around 95% of his hp, yet you complain that youre weak and zed is in need of hard nerfs? Actually save me.
Every relatively high elo player will tell you, whether he plays zed or not, that zeds weak. Hes not being picked in high elo or pro play, wonder why, must be because hes so broken. LL Stylish aka best zed world says hes weak and cant play him in challenger. Wow, he must not know what hes talking about right? Even phreak said that those zed 'buffs' missed mark and were power neutral when you take into account duskblade nerfs.

If anything, he needs significant nerfs so that he actually has to LAND HIS ABILITIES to kill you.
Forbídden Blade1 votesIf he doesn't need to land his abilities to kill you, he must have snowballed and to do that he had to land his abilties. Trust me, I play zed a lot and his laning phase pre-6 is even weaker than in 8.5 right now. Your q does 30 damage at lvl 1 if it goes through minions... that's the poke we're talking about here. Also now his duskblade powerspike got axed as well. If you see a snowballing zed in 8.6 you can be sure he's pretty good at zed. A bad zed will not survive the average mid lane phase pre 6. Also if you're standing in a minion wave there's literally no way for him to do even half of his potential burst damage, that's how easy to counter he is. His wave clear got nerfed as well so he can effectively roam less.
I mean hes still #6 most banned champ at 32% over all games, but his win rate is like 48% in 8.6. Talon on the other hand is at 52% - 53%.
