Honestly I originally started a long near essay level post to respond to this talking about how in bronze it's mostly your own mistakes causing problems... But then I realized at around 1:02 or 1:03 in this video trick2g says it perfectly in a single sentence.

I don't particularly care for his style of acting and videos in general. But his advice is great and does help a lot in my opinion. The focus on selfish game play forces a mindset of concentrating on your own mistakes. Fixing your mistakes results in doing things better. Doing things better results in winning more.
If you're constantly blaming and relying on others rather than focusing on your own play, decisions, and mechanics you will lose more. Blaming / caring about what your team is doing just acts as a easy scapegoat to explain why things went badly. Accept that your the only consistent factor in losing games and need to improve / not make your mistakes. You should strive to be the factor that makes games win. If you're not find the mistakes you made and what the better options would of been so you can avoid repeating the mistakes in your future.
We all blame others at one point or another and if we're using chat we will verbalize it once in a while or often (Depends on upbringing / personality and control). The trick is to ignore that in game and move past it after the game.
Just don't care about what your teammates are doing right or wrong. Focus on yourself and your own play and where you should be to win. Teammates change every game you shouldn't rely on them. Just focus on learning how to give it to yourself and how to properly use it yourself.
Jungle is probably the best position to get in this mindset. You decide where to go, who to gank, and what objective to grab with any information provided. If you listen to every ping and everything lothers say you will end up trying to camp the 0/5/0 at around toplane and feed them harder which will more than likely result in a loss.
Though I should note if they do offer advice / suggestions, or make calls analyze it and consider it. If it is reasonable try it. If it doesn't work out or hasn't worked out in multiple games ignore it.
You won't always be able to think of every solution and the best way to solve it yourself. Sometimes it takes a alternate outside observation or viewpoint to discover better solutions that you haven't noticed.
Basically be selfish / self centered when it comes to playing solo queue while at the same time testing and evaluating the advice / criticism of others. If what they say is true then fix it but don't rely on the ability of anyone else to win.
It's a odd contradiction that requires taking a middle ground. If you go overly far into selfishness you'll just lose more and possible never learn alternative solutions to the problems that made you lose. If you follow others too much without testing and verifying their methods you will lose more because the solutions they provided are wrong. Either way, being reliant on your team will be detrimental and completely ignoring the possible validity of any help they offer or criticism they give is detrimental.
Following this middle ground and thinking pattern is hard and I highly doubt anyone can do it 24/7 (If they could lcs and challenger level players wouldn't be special)
Somehow I still ended up making a entirely too long post. Oh well.
