Lethality nerfed
Pantheon's best builds rush lethality (http://na.op.gg/champion/pantheon/statistics/top)
Color me confused. You'll have to explain to me how that isn't a Pantheon nerf.
Wow I have a whopping 1 less armor lost from an item in lane.
Such a fuckin nerf.
This is kennen .2 ad nerf level stupidity

See the huge drop in his win rate today? That means the nerfs are working.
And you see the rise in winrate in other ELOs?
Do you also see the drops in winrates on days that dont havve patches?
What if all the games today he had bad matchups?
This means literally nothing and has no correlation to this specific nerf. You cannot use this as valid data.
Data is plenty valid, it's just limited. Keep an eye on it; like others have said, -3 AD here, -2 lethality there... it's often a big enough nerf to bring things back in line. It has worked quite well in the past, so I see no reason to dump on it without seeing what the effect happens to be.
The only data that is valid is riot data
Errr, small changes like that actually do tend to have an impact. Granted, not always, but let's not pretend like it has no chance to effect anything. I believe a 3ad nerf on Vayne dropped her winrate by like...3% or something.
A nerf to Pantheon's crutch-stat, even slightly, could put him mathematically over that hump from "completely busted oppressive that scales well" to "while oppressive, now has some counterplay and can't abuse leads as easily as before"
They effect it mostly because of:
coincidence
other updates in the patch influenced the character (such as buffs to counterpicks or nerfs to items they use)
people stop playing them.
No, a 1 armor change will fix nothing. This is less than 1% of damage.

you can't use coincidence as an argument against long-term effects
If other parts of the patch + a small direct update to a champion has historically been enough to reel them in, why dump on the small change?
That argument doesn't make a lot of sense, because people aren't going to stop playing a champion after a change they (according to you) think will do absolutely nothing. We saw the same thing with Vayne changes, her playrate remained consistent but winrate went down.
1 armor doesn't have to do a lot, it just have to do enough.
It's barely going to hurt the lethality abusers.
