All lane bully ADCs that countered her got nerfed so her weak early means nothing, and her bestest buddy item 3153 got buffed.

Character was left alone, but rose to the top due to other variables changing.

Passive. If rammus gets hit 3 times while in ball curl mode his enemy receives 500 true damage.

THIS is how you balance like a real Riot employee.

ironically rammus is the one with the broken kit while vayne has a kit that can be balanced with numbers.

How is Rammus broken kit wise? He has no gap closer, and instead, gets a speedboost that ramps up over time. You can complain about the taunt all you want, since its point and click, but don't yourealize the game needs those? Theres only like 3 left.

If you can't realize why Rammus has a broken kit that prevents any meaningful buffs coming his way then I don't know what else to say to you

no actually that's not what im saying, im saying that his kit alone forces any immobile laners to automatically lose that lane.

also most immobile mages or even mobile mages have skillshot oriented CC which rammus can easily dodge or even flash, like cmon I know rammus isnt meta or anything but that doesnt automatically make him trash tier or a bad champion.

He sure does it better than Hecarim or anyone else with a gapcloser!!! Because running towards someone ~50% bonus MS sure is better than someone who instantly gets into your face.

When he receives true damage from autoattacks ( Fiora Vayne ), Rammus now reflects true damage. That would be fun.

If Rammus is hit three times, not only does it do 500 true damage, but also stuns for 5 seconds!

I want someone to tell me how a champion with a small powerspike @ botrk, but still needs more AS, short range, and a high mechanical skill floor is OP? where the %HP true damage is every 3rd auto, while also being single-target and duel potential is if you're good enough to out play someone else.

People are just bitching about vayne because the other ADC's were nerfed, which left her. she ranks in about 50 on the win rate list, with ALLLLLL these other people with higher win rates than her. Doesn't even spike higher than like 52% until you hit challenger. Seriously?
