Lol i never surrender due to boredom, but when it's 30 to 0 and were 5 tower's behind, i'm not playing an hour and a half NORMAL game just to win like wtf?

I almost never surrender norms because when I'm playing norms, I'm trying something new or focusing on part of my game I want to improve. I get to do that regardless of whether its a winning game or losing game. In those scenarios I don't ff unless I feel like I got out of the game what I was trying to.

So thats just one category of people who don't surrender to consider. Its not trolling, its personal improvement.

I think there's a lot more to be said on this topic.

I'm never one to grief, but yetI do this to plenty of people. And they're the sort of people who deserve it.

They verbally abuse me, and other members of the team, and beg for a surrender whether we're behind or not. Then, the first time you don't surrender (which, often times, the match isn't even anywhere near unwinnable status) and it fails, the harassment gets worse.

No, fuck those people. I won't surrender, because I came to play and to try and win making their lives miserable by refusing to give up is an unintentional but perfectly acceptable outcome. Not piss about and bitch and moan about how behind we are and how lost it is. If they're going to make the game hell, then I'm going to do so right back--in the kind of way that doesn't involve witty retorts and verbal abuse. I don't have to say a damn thing.

Depends. If they were toxic might drag the game out in hopes of victory. And to give the report system more material against them. If they weren't I usually accept surrenders in normals if my team is having a bad game.

I've had toxic duos take the game hostage before tho not a good experience. Enemy team usually goes along with them and refuses to finish the game.

In normals is when i pisses me off the most, just wanted to play some league and practice for ranked or something and BOOM. Suddenly everyone is against you cause you have a bad score or something and there's a duo so they take the game hostage and waste EVERYONES time.

Also i would never drag out a game just to get someone to be even more pissed off, they might just be having a bad day and your making it worse.

Nah it's usually something like "X player is doing badly but the whole team is also doing badly and wants to surrender." but "Y player thinks they can win if they stall out the game for 45 minutes, so he get's his buddy, Z player to hold up the game with him."

Which is reasonable, but it norms i'v literally had people tell me, in a 40 minute game of normals that they don't want to surrender, for the sole purpose of pissing off the people who do. And unfortunately it's usually duo player's or, in my experience, bot laner's that do it the most.

It takes more than that one person to prevent a surrender, so ignore them and convince the other more reasonable person. Uh, by convince I don't mean troll or coerce them into it, don't do anything negative so you don't get punished, play out the game otherwise.

People that do this usually have a duo in game to take the game hostage or find another troll who thinks its funny or sides with them for some odd reason. When 2 votes have more power than 3, a duo has all the power in the world

Yeah usually i report both of them for Greifing at the end game screen if i can tell who it is. If not they just ruined my experience and won't get punished for it.

I'm no Nazi, but grammar is important. The meaning may change drastically, I misread your post.

I misread it as "I'm not surrendering just to piss you off, I'm surrendering because I want to end the game" but you meant "I'm not surrendering, just to piss you off".

Because there's also another issue of people who spam surrender. Which is even worse than those who won't surrender.

Commas are useful. Stay in school.

OK I see your point but if a surrender vote doesn't go through. Grow some balls and redouble your efforts to win. Being a whiny fountain sitter isn't going to end the game faster.
Also I Never Surrender
