PBE is not addressing Kha'zix. They are completely unaware of how broken Kha Q really is.

PBE needs to work like a real PBE but I will come here to address what the real issue is before a black cleaver release level of mistake goes to live servers.

Math the damage to 1.8 seconds to compare at max cdr for standard kha build. (Skip this math section if you just want the results) Live is 260% per 1.8 seconds

PBE .96 or .88 for the new broken **45% **cdr build. 1.8 / .96 and 1.8 / .88 = 1.875 and 2.045. (This number is for multiplying the damage to 1.8 seconds for each base) PBE Q is 190% so we multiply 190% by each multiplier to 1.8 second time span of damage. 190% x 1.875 = 356.25% and even more broken 45% cap is 190% x 2.045 = 388.55%

All damage compared to 1.8 second time span. Live Q is **260% ** PBE Q is 356.25% PBE with 5% cap raise to 45% is 388.55%

I've been playing it on PBE it's f**king broken. Rito please. I'm letting you know now it's broken. Don't pull the card "he was slightly over tuned" WHEN some of us are screaming on PBE about how broken it is. PBE doesn't even feel like PBE at this point.

Also, I'm kha'zix is my main jungler. I'm not against him getting buffs but this is retarded.
