Yes! I SEE THAT NOW! And here I thought this whole time that Riot is just out for money and makes sure the whales can easily win and feel good about themselves with their braindead clickers and free wins.

Wukong? SO MUCH talent is required to even play this champion! You know how hard it is to push E and Q while hovering your mouse over someone, and then push R and stand near them? It's Korean level mechanics! Let's also not forget the absurd strain that Wukong players feel when they push W and get out of any gank that doesn't involve Lee Sin. They obviously need a little help, so we give them passive tank stats for existing and free armor shred along with damage to one shot people.

ADCs? Automatically-aimed, unmissable, resourceless attacks that automatically fire off more than twice a second at extreme range with literally no drawback, risk or counterplay? Well, right clicking on people is very, very hard, so we need to reward them with the literal highest damage in the game, and an item for every situation they could possibly fuck up in! And, to top things off, we're going to give them the most sustain in the game without sacrificing anything for it.

Any targeted ability? Well, do you EVEN KNOW how hard it is to be able to click on a target in a fight? Obviously, we need to make sure the playing ground is level, so we're going to make targeted abilities have four times the damage of any skillshots, and half the cooldown. I mean, we only want our game to be fair!

Sure do have to love Rito's diligence and hard work to ensure every champion is viable, and that no champion or set of champions out perform others! Aren't we lucky to have such a great company? A lot of companies out there just want our money, and don't care about anything else, but not Rito! They care DEEPLY about their product and playerbase, and care about more than just how much money we give them!

I feel lucky to be playing one of the most well-balanced games in the world owned by one of the least greedy companies in the world. ^^
