Stats mean nothing give real points like how alot of top adc dont play mf which shows she gets worse as you go up elo and that is how you make a point with stats not just saying numbers.

In high elo Lucian is actually almost impossible to be played because people know how to play around his kit 500 range 22 sec cd dash high mana costs
That being said, the buffs they're giving him should not be the answer to that problem all they're achieving is making him permabanned while being half decent in pro

Even D5, as much of a trench it is, is only 1% of the server’s playerbase and it that number gets drastically smaller as you go higher in the division.

8.11= ADC nerfs Followed by ADCs crying Followed by ADCs Buffs Followed by more buffs and ADC getting to be busted and 1 v 9 every gane Riot doesn't care the other roles don't get the play the game past 20 mins.
Better learn to pick a tank or support mage and buff/stand in front of the ADC like the good little pawn.
