So what happened with Graves?

All of a sudden he has the highest win rate in 3 of 5 roles (Top, ADC, and Jungle) in plat+

He didn't get changes, they still take thunderlords, as far as I can see the items they tend to take didn't change much either.

Did some super 100% counter to graves get nerfed or something in the last patch? or has graves really been a sleeper OP since his last change like 5 patches ago?

Well, you see, Riot done made him OP.

And well, since they just wanna fix shit that isn't broken, he hasn't been patched yet.
