Not saying to nerf it, but the synergy is absolutely insane with the keystone and item.
Level 18 as a ranged champion, every auto gives 11 AD if my math is right (8 from fervor, 3 from guinsoos). You get a max of 56 AD from fervor plus 53 from Guinsoos fully stacked (along with the base amount it gives) for 109 AD total.
How come this isn't used more? Is Guinsoo that bad?

but nearly every guinsoo user takes both of them anyway, except for maybe Kayle and Kog'maw so I don't see what your point is

You need to be able to effectively use all 3 stats for you to want to build it. Someone having a random AP ratio does not mean they use the AP portion well.
I can just build some other Crit item a lifesteal item or something that gives me raw AD or something else that i can benefit from... also how many ranged champions have on hit effects that they want to constantly use?

Crimzyn1 votesI think what he means is why don't more ADC's pick this combo, and the real answer is that the Rage blade is both AD and AP based and has a very high cost to complete... so not ALL ADC's benefit as much from getting it like a Kogmaw or Kayle... there are just simply better items to spend your gold on.
Secondly even tho the "double on hit affect" doesn't trigger with Ferver IT DOES however have a ramping up affect of quick attack speed and AD boosts.
