Will new Kayle strictly be a jungler?

I am hearing that she will be too weak to lane against anyone and jungle is her only option. If that's the case, I'm really disappointed. I loved playing Kayle top so much.

She is more likely to be a top laner who can't be blind picked and needs a serviceable matchup unless she's overtuned and gets to be urgot 2.0

Who on earth would think that a Kayle could be a jungler? What's she gonna do, run at you? She's got nothing to gank with, and all she's going to do is come screaming out the jungle and ult an ally or hope the enemy is stupid enough to not run away so she can slow them with her E.

People are just doomsaying about her for no damn reason. There are plenty of other champions that are squishy top lane and have to play delicately until later, like Kennen, Rumble, Teemo, and so forth, so I don't understand why people are assuming Kayle is going to be unviable top lane just because her clunky E mechanic is gone.

Those champs have more range, and rumble has durability. That being said, I do I have an idea i want to try out in top lane to make her viable.

I loved playing her in lane too, but right now her updated state is a bit weak early game for that.

I still see potential in her lane. Her gameplay evolves over the course of the game...that's going to be the deciding factor. Most Kayle players are saying she's going to be "weak in lane" because a lot of them are used to being able to use their E and keep at range from an early level. Personally, I think she'd fare better in mid than top, at least as far as early game goes, because most top laners are probably going to outlive her and most mids are squishier (like she is) than top. But I'd have to see just how weak her early game is to confirm that.

Ah there are limits how bad laning can be.

Take item 2033 go for a item 3010 , And use runes accrodingly - 1st Inspiration/ 2nd Resolve or Domination. That is a save lane no matter how bad your champ is. xD
