Ziggs passive does not sync with lichbane...

I don't think anyone has realized this, but the passive is a little clunky when paired with lichbane. Let me explain.

His passive grants him bonus magic damage on his next auto attack after which it goes on a static cooldown. Using abilities reduces the cool down by a certain amount. Naturally, to maximize the passive reset, you'd want to auto attack first, then use your abilities. On the contrary, lichbane works after the first ability is used. Therefore, Ziggs would have to attack a second time to get the lichbane proc.

Alternatively, you could start by using an ability first, then, auto attacking, but then you will lose the cool down reduction on his passive from using the first ability.

The point is, the passive cool down reduction and the lichbane proc never fully syncs. You either lose the some of the passive cooldown reduction, or you have to attack a second time to proc Lichbane.

So I was wondering if it would make sense for his passive to work after an ability is used, just like lichbane. That way, his passive and lichbane would sync.
