Jax has a 50% WR on lolking for the first time since his nerfs a year and a half ago

Look at his win rate by games played here http://champion.gg/champion/Jax notice that people with over 125 games with him have a skyrocketing win rate, I have over 300 games played with Jax, my win rate is probably around 60% He hasnt been bad, even before the recent buffs, hes just taken more decision making skill to play. There isnt much mechanical in his kit, but making the wrong choice once will put him behind, and once hes behind its easy to keep him there.

It may be a bit off-topic but why do people use LoLking? I've visited that site multiple times in the past but stopped after the second time my browser detected a phishing attempt ( a few months ago; the first time was a year and a half or two years ago ) and I've not been back since.
