Yeah they might have increased the root early. Problem is, it still won't be used. The problem with it from the start is the low range, and that Karma has to stick around the target for too long. The problem was never the root duration

Hochelaga3 votesKarma was on the weak side for a while. Since most Karma max her W last, her 1 second root during mid game was pretty sad. Riot cannot completely rework her W since season is ending very soon. Her rework will probably hit somewhere after season ends with all bunch of major rework.
