Time for Riot to admit that this Nidalee rework was a failure and it's time to rework her so that she actually becomes balanced for once in her lifetime.

i don't even know why shes picked and banned, it seems like whenever nid is picked, shes highly irrelevant to the outcome of the game

superior jungle clear speeds and sustain

mobility

utility from heal and as boost

the fact that shes such a reliable assassin mostly due to low cooldown on her execution

ability ti invade and duel pretty munch any other jungler.

Her early against other junglers that aren't complete idiots isn't very good anymore, after her most recent buffs her mid game is fucking insane(which is likely why she is pick/ban in comp) , and a mediocre late

Her early is meh, except maybe lvl 2 cheese but that's not really relevant in competitive.

Her mid game is godly if she starts snowballing but her late game is utter fucking ass.

The thing about Nid is that she capitalizes on egregious mistakes very, very hard. She's like Darius in that regard, and that's why they're both pretty bad in competitive. It's just that if a player who is very very good on Nid somehow picks up a kill and sets the enemy jungler behind they can steamroll the game quite easily.

So playing against Nid is basically a free win in competitive unless you fuck up slightly in which case it's a guaranteed loss. It's understandable why she's banned, no team wants to deal with that coin flip on the enemy team. On your team if she gets super behind she can just build Rylais and heal your ADC to remain somewhat relevant.

I think the reason they also ban Nid in these comp games is because in a comp game like the LCS once you get a lead, you want to end ASAP which generally explains why she is pick/ban because her godly mid lane will just help with the early end

Yep, and none of that you listed is happening at worlds. The only good Nidalee game thus far was SKT blank against IMAY. And with that mismatch he could have picked anyone and styled on them.

Bums and kids that don't pay attention to stuff under the hood don't acknowledge that Nidalee is SUPERB at getting vision because of her manaless hop and clearing jungle camps... Additionally Nidalee reins supreme in river fights, which is why you don't see them getting taken that much when Nidalee is on the other team.

Bring trackers knife and you're allowed to get wards in places you normally don't get them.

there are also like only 6/7 junglers EVER picked... at worlds, the games nidalee GOT picked in there, the junglers they WANTED were banned

It's actually quite the opposite, every team wants nidalee, and she is basically perma banned. when she isn't banned, she is immediately picked.

Nidalee was reworked because she had issues similar to Xerath where she'd just stay back using her long ranged poke and not interacting. TBH I don't give a shit about champion interactivity but if you want pure poke Nidalee with a bigger spear hitbox be my guest.

Your point makes no sense. Nidalee is picked or banned because she is good. She's been good for a while, she was just overshadowed by Re'Sai and Gragas. It doesn't make sense to claim that her rework is bad just because she's picked after the two biggest junglers for like 4 patches get nerfed.

ok first off.. the nidalee rework was a HUGE success and had nothing to do with he being able to jungle. she was reworked in patch 4.10 on June 18th 2014

she wasnt allowed to jungle until patch 5.2 jan 28 2015 over 7 months later...

so... her ability to jungle had NOTHING to do with her rework..

second.. no one bloody wants the old nidalee back.. i MAIN nidalee season 4, was the best season nid ever had.

she had a 50% win rate in top and mid across all elos... and a 48% win rate as support.

i would frankly give anything to nidalee reverted to any patch between and including patch 4.11 to patch 5.4

The Worlds meta champions have low engage potential in general, so people cannot force a fight on the team with Nidalee unless her team allows it.

The issue was less her rework, but shoveing her into the jungle a few months after. As a laner, the reworked nidalee was quite balanced and even somewhat healthy after the first initial tweaks. When they had the idea that the bestial huntress should be allowed to jungle, which isn't a bad idea in it'S self, but it was evident rather soon that she's far harder to balance and more toxic as a jungler and that it thus should have been reverted
