How about a little love for Shyvana?

She has massive ammounts of counterplay, low amounts of playmaking potential (partly because of her bugged ult). No cc(partly because of her bugged ult), and most of her early game damage tied to her mobility (meaning you will probably expend alot of that dmg before you even catch up to a target). She's notoriously bad at ganking pre-6 (not saying it's impossible to gank with her she's just bad at it). Simply put, she has little going for her in League of MAE (make anything explode).

And last but not least, you've buffed two of her main counters quite alot pushing her further down the tier.

Is there a little love left in those Rioter hearts for a fabulous dragon-lady? </3

Have you seen her with sated devourer and titanic hydra? Those are the only two damage items she needs and even then she shreds tanks.

Yeah, given she doesn't get cc'd, kited to death or simply just blown up. Any fighter jungler could build those two items and still do better than Shyvana, Yi can build the same thing, Titanic/Devourer and still be far more combat effective than Shyvana will ever be. Xin wrecks her regardless of build and he's just been given a massive buff. Shyvana is easer kited than both these two, so why not give her a little love?
