Duskblade on adcs is absolutely terrible, all it offers is 65 ad and the lethality stat, you dont even use the true damage proc.

Upsides: Still get that armor pen effect through black cleaver, 40% cdr, healing on ult, and tankier

but what I do see is MF removing 40% of my health bar level 3 no items from a Q bounced off minions, so with lethality it sounds even more cancerous.

Do you build it every game? Hell no its niche and you need to know when you can/should build it otherwise edge of night is better in anlethality build provides protection too
