So here is the secret strategy (and the secret champion you SHOULD PLAY in order to rank up) Its freaking Nautilus support people,no kidding,him with an adc like draven or vayne ? oh gawd the kills,

First you pick this mufaka,prefer ignite over exhaust unless they have an assassin jungle,you go full fking ap,ap runes ap masteries with thunderlords,

You get level 2 so that you can proq thunderlords, how you may ask? Well sir, You Q them hit them cause passive(cant miss hitbox too fat) and then just E and half of their health has gone! NO KIDDING

Also if you wanna do it safer and more effective,same as before only on level 3 this time,make sure your adc is not sleeping so it can easily follow up Q->W->AA (will proq passive which is a snare) E,and if your adc wasnt sleeping all this time probably it attacked the enemy too so you just ignite them and they will 100% use a spell,most of the time they use heal and the go back to their base while your adc is farming,getting ahead and when they come back you to the same and proooobably kill them
