Its ok guys, she lost 0.02% attack speed early game, so her early game will be SO MUCH WEAKER, and late game by lvl 18 she'll lose around 3% as!

as u very well know 
builds TONS attack speed, and all attack speed modifier do is modify your base attack speed
therefore a small nerf to base can make a big difference.
however if u DON'T stack attack speed.. it still going to be that same minuscule nerf at every level and isnt going to really do anything.
for example.. 
attack speed was hit in season 4 in patch 4.17
but because back then was a top laner who maxed E first.. and her E has a 60% attack speed boost.. a small nerf to her attack speed make a HUGE difference.
