If Karma W was a multi cast skill shot, that would free up her power budget for that shield bomb....
If Karma W were to cast twice similar to Aatrox Q (smaller hit box), where the first cast would do damage, and the second cast would snare of the first cast landed, that would make a much better/fun interaction than her current W. It can still be casted on allies for the cooldown reduction thing riot wants.
This would give her snare more counterplay allowing for her to get back her shield bomb that fans want.
