How i'v lost game's recently.

Recently games have been entirely focused on Bot Lane, no matter what ELO you go into there is a high chance that the team with the winning bot lane is the team that wins the game. From bronze all the way to LCS, this is undeniable fact, you win bot lane your chances of winning sky rocket.

This leads into the title, recently i'v been loosing games because of my own mistakes but also because bot lane simply loses. When they lose they completely give up, i just had a game with a Tristana+Janna bot lane, that's basically perfect right there, trist is really strong, janna is borderline OP but they lost lane, okay cool let me help em out. Helps them out, we get into teamfight stage, the issue? The tristana and janna did absolutely nothing, when i mean nothing i mean nothing as in no auto attacks, no sheilds, no heals, nothing. They were too afraid to do anything because the enemy ADC had already beaten them in lane, their fear and the entire teams fear prevented us from taking any of the numerous chances they gave us to win the game. There was a time when their entire team was VERY low, so i go in, pinging my team to as well, they ignored me. We were full health, all our ults up, against a team who had litterally 20% health on each person, all because they were to afraid.

A game isn't over in 15 minutes 90% of the time, there's always the chance you can come back but you have to take the initiative to do so. If you sit back and out of fear chose to do nothing, your only guaranteeing your loss. Also, side not, someone might not have the best calls in a solo que game, but if only ONE(AND I MEAN ONLY ONE) person is taking initiative and trying to lead the team, it's best to follow them than ignore them.

This was a normals game but it really helped to remind me how easy it is to lose a game to people who give up.

First Janna isn't OP or Freelo (imo).

But I can feel your pain. I wonder if they are a true botlane or filled into it.

I don't know what lane you play, but one of the reasons I started playing support was to help botlane. I could do decent on top, but if botlane loses it is a problem. Not because of some "dumb meta" but because botlane is TWO people, so having two people behind is a huge problem. If I am support, I can control myself and hopefully help out another person at all points in the early game.

What do you play? Should you consider ADC? I mean top/mid/jg can all carry as well. If you are strong stay there. But my reasons for going bot make sense to me.

I play jungle and mid now, i used to only play mid/top but this meta forced me to become a jungler so i can actually feel like i have a say in what goes down bot lane since it's the only lane that matter's anymore.

It's virtually impossible to carry from mid,top or jungle anymore....let me rephrase, it's impossible if your botlane doesn't win too. You could go 8/0 out of lane top lane with pantheon but if your botlane is 0/6 out of lane then all your hard work means absolutely nothing. Same for mid.

And yes, it's because of the meta, ADC's and Support's are overwhelmingly strong right now, the entire team needs to focus ALL of their attention on bot lane in every ELO just to try to win one game. If you don't believe me maybe you'll believe Redmercy, Pants Are Dragon, SoloRenektonOnly, Bjergsen, Doublelift, C9 Sneaky or Jensen. Watch their games, their streams and tell me bot lane isn't strong(or wasn't strong, i don't know if it's changed this patch or not.)

I just op.gg'd you.

You are dead wrong. It is ridiculous to say a Challenger plays same X so it is true. I am not trying to use rank as an argument, but what applies in challenger is ENTIRELY different from bronze/silver that we are in. I still agree with you that bot is an important lane and you don't want to lose it, but it isn't the end all be all in low ELO.

Uhm, but, it is lol like where do you get off debating the stone cold truth?

The game at the challenger level and at the bronze level are entirely different. Take any true silver player and put the in bronze, and they will carry from any lane in the majority of games, even if their team's bot loses.

In Low ELO, you can't rely on the enemy ADC to be good, he might have bad mechanics, he might have bad decision-making, he might be great but his team might not peel for him, his team might not group with him, etc. There are so many reasons a bronze ADC vs a Challenger ADC are different.

Tbh, if you cant beat em, join em. Many many people hate the fact that adcs are the center of attention, yet nothing is changing. So do what you can by playing adc or support instead and try to carry your team. OR, you can be the jungler and try to influence your team as much as possible. Just do what you can, communicate, find a duo, be impactful, etc.

You have to accept there's always going to be a problem, though. You could get extremely fed as adc but your mid lane fed the enemy assassin and you find yourself getting burst 100-0. Or your team doesn't know how to peel for you. Or your team doesn't have a tank and your teamfights lack a frontline. As a jungler, you could be snowballing botlane but your toplane constantly overextends & gets camped, then blames you for not ganking as much. Shit will happen, so find what role you can impact your team more as and excell at it. Common examples are shen top for a global ulti, galio mid for global roams, sejuani for hard cc to protect your team, janna for massive heals & shields, tristana for hard pressure and aggressive plays/clean getaways.
