granting bard his waveclear much earlier can almost incentivize a solo lane playstyle for bard, will it still be good? Honestly it'd be meh. but its certainly going to be much better.
instead of 25-65 (which is early-late game for the aoe) being 15-35 means he will have his waveclear by about 25 minutes in if I'm not mistaken.
and having 9 potential meeps is a _lot _ of waveclear
