Kayn Smite Ignite?

Most people run Smite flash on Kayn. But his highest win % is actually smite ignite. This could make sense - he's a good counterjungler and snowballs heavily. He also has a built in escape, like Shaco.

What do you guys think is best?

Flash is prob better but if you confident in your ability with Kayn and you are good with tracking enemy movement ignite could work
